Time of Sighting: 1 PM EDT
Description: My brother was on a job site and saw the UFO. He sent the photo to my mom. I just took it from her and wanted to report it, even though it was sometime last summer. THE FIRST PICTURE IS THE ORIGINAL. THE SECOND PHOTO IS ZOOMED IN.
Note: This is a strange picture. I have never a UFO of that shape. I don’t know if the photo was hoaxed. There was no metadata describing details of the photo (date taken, camera model, etc). The metadata can be removed sometimes when photos are transferred from devices (e.g. cell phone to computer). This would be consistent with the fact that the witness said that the photo passed through two hands before it was reported. The one thing that baffles me is why none of the workers in the photo are looking at the object?

I think there is some sort of perception filter that affects everybody differently.
This could be one of those cases where the experiencer didn’t see the object with the naked eye. You probably need to talk to the shooter.
He claims to have seen the object, but the sighting was not reported by the original witness which “muddies” the water. I suspect that the witness did not see the object and only discovered it when viewing the photo.
