Description: Four witnessed a circular object with flashing lights over the ocean. The object was totally silent and appeared to project a beam of light downward. The witnesses saw the object from a beach. The witness reporting the sighting said that they were all “sober.”
Note: The witnesses are clearly mystified by what they saw as is evident from the discussion on the video. They were on the beach. (So this is not an aircraft on approach to an airport.) In parts of the video the object appears to flash a beam of light downward. It is difficult to discern the shape of the object from the video. (Lights are flashing in widely separated locations.) The witness reporting the sighting said that she thought that the object was circular. The object appears to descend towards the end of the video. (Perhaps it is going into the ocean.) There is some profanity on the video. This was retained to show the excitement of the witnesses.
