Description: (See above video.) Something strange is flying or floating around over Grays Ferry Plaza in South Philadelphia. It seems to change shape, dip and then rise. It was far away and came in close enough to see the details of it before I could pull out my phone. And then it sailed up and away. When it was closer (before I could record it), it looked like a string of large black shiny balls (but it wasn’t balloons, and was too large to be any type of kite and no tail was behind it). Then, as it got farther, it resembled a flock of birds flying in formation, but birds had been nearby when it was closer, and I could see the huge difference in size. So once it was in the clouds I realized it just appeared a lot smaller than it actually was so it could not have been birds. Then finally it stops in the clouds and just stays there.
Note: It is difficult to say what this object is. Perhaps it could a balloon train tied to a string. The witness presents good arguments that the object may not be balloons or birds. The object appears to be slowly ascending. The witness and her child did a good job of narrating the video. The above video is shown in it’s entirety. I don’t think that the video is a hoax.
