Description: In October, 1999 in a rural part of Keizer, Oregon, I witnessed a large, silent triangle craft glide over me and my mother-in-law. It had a large orange circle in the middle and three white lights on each point.
Note: The photo sent by the witness appears to be one of the photos taken of the Belgium wave of sightings in the late 1980’s. An email has been sent to the witness to find out where the photo was obtained. Updates will be posted. It is useful to know that the witness saw the object in the photo even if the photo was not taken by the witness.
