Time of Sighting: 6:30 PM CST
Description: A family was driving in Green Bay, WI and saw a flat triangular object that had red, white and green layers and had a strange silhouette. No individual lights were noted on the triangle. The object was coming down, then hovered and moved to the left. The object appeared to be “tumbling over.” The object was seen near the railroad tracks. When the object went by street lights they went out. The object then was sighted between houses and it changed shape. Christmas-like lights were seen coming out the rear and white tubes out of the front. The object moved towards Lambeau Field, flashed and then vanished. The sighting lasted 5 to 10 minutes. No sound was heard.
Note: Another witness has come forward. She saw the same lights and said that the power went off at the local hospital on that night. This witness reported other strange lights that occurred on the night of Dec 3, 2021 in Green Bay, WI. She took 3 photos of the lights.
