Description: We saw two orbs, twinkling as if reflecting sunlight(?). They moved in sync, apparently directly over Southeast Portland. They were silent and were not helicopters or fixed wing craft for sure. They passed over most of the city, 5 miles or so, in about ten to 15 seconds. We lost them behind a building.
