Time of Sighting: 6:20 AM Local Time
Description: ONCE AGAIN IN KULLU HIMACHAL PRADESH INDIA, I SPOTTED SECOND UFO EARLY MORNING BEFORE SUNRISE ON OCTOBER 26, 2017. IT APPEARED FROM NOWHERE, AND HAD WHITE AND RED LIGHT. I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE NOISE, BUT I GUESS IT HAD SOME. SOMETHING IS HAPPENING. I DON’T KNOW WHAT!!!!
The dog started howling at the same time.

I AM HAPPY TO WITNESS IT AGAIN WITHIN A WEEK. I MANAGED TO CATCH SOME ON CAMERA.
The last experience was different from this one.
