PHOTO OF ANOMALOUS LIGHTS FOUND IN BACKGROUND.
Description: I tried filling out the form on the internet, but it wouldn’t work. This is a picture we took over looking Morgantown, WV on July 28th around 10 PM.
Note: I can’t provide a “concrete” explanation for the anomalous lights in the above photo. However, I don’t think that the lights are anything unusual. The lights could be birds, a reflection or even celestial objects?
