PHOTO & ENLARGEMENT OF HOVERING BALL SHAPED OBJECT.
Description: We sighted a bright object high in the sky at the height of clouds. It was hanging for about 1 hour, but we didn’t see the moment when it appeared and the moment when it disappeared. Looking through strong binoculars, it looked like a shiny ball. It was very bright on the side of the sun. Judging the large distance, it should be a very big ball, and judging on bright shining it should be metallic. What was strange is that the ball was hanging at the same place while clouds were going by. We took a photo, but due to the large distance the photo shows just the bright spot. No sound was heard going from that object.
Note: The object could have been a high altitude balloon, but this is just speculation and not 100% definitive.
