Description: This sounds exactly like what my sister and I saw also on 1/19/2020 between 9:30 and 10:30 PM. We live in Costa Mesa, CA. (Orange County, Near Huntington Beach CA). We were walking our dogs and noticed an unusual amount of planes in the sky so our eyes were already on the sky. Then we noticed a very white, bright, light that did not seem to move at all. It was just there. The planes were flying around it and at one point one of the planes seemed to fly right through it. We stood there watching for at least 15 to 20 minutes just saying, “what is that?” It remained in the same position for our entire walk until we got home. Once home and getting the dogs in the house I went back outside to see if it was still there and of course it was gone. Weird!
Note: The witnesses viewed the planet Venus. The witness is commenting on the sighting of another bright light in Tacoma, WA that moved slowly to the SW.
