Description: A woman and her neighbor were star gazing and noticed a strange object in the sky. The woman began to record the object with her Android cell phone. The object appeared to change shape and colors. Two minutes and 40 seconds of video footage was captured. The above clip shows a few seconds of the recording, but properly depicts the behavior of the object. Skies were clear at the time of the sighting. Apparently the object disappeared after about 3 minutes. It appears from the video that the object was stationary. The apparent movement is likely due to movement of the camera.

It looks like atmospheric scintillation of a star to me.
