Location of Sighting: Route 95 South Between Washington, DC & Richmond, VA
Date of Sighting: March 29, 1971
Time of Sighting: 1 AM EST
Description: While in Vietnam, on a clear night I could see a ball of light thousands of miles up in the sky moving in a square pattern thousands of miles from point to point in a matter of seconds.
I was traveling from New York City to Fort Bragg one Sunday night. I recall leaving Washington, DC. Around 1:00 AM. I see the sign that read Richmond, VA 96 miles. Next I saw a sign that read Richmond, VA 33 miles. I looked at my clock and it was 3:00 AM. I can’t recall ever driving those 60+ miles. After that I started experiencing a lot of the symptoms described in the History channel of people who have been abducted by aliens. What I would like to know is how can I recover those two hours that I can’t account for? This has been haunting me ever since.

What is generally done is talk with someone that is connected to the UFO phenomenon that is a psychologist and see what they want to do to help you. If you can find a copy of the book “The Interrupted Journey” by John G. Fuller it’s about a couple that was on a trip and lost hours and could not remember anything that happened to them until they went to talk with a psychiatrist and each one began to remember. I don’t know if you ever heard of Betty and Barney Hill. This happened decades ago, but try Amazon.com and check to see if they have a copy of the book or other information on the Hills.
