White Glowing Long Skinny Rectangular Object.

Time of Sighting: 10:45 PM PDT

Description: I was outside facing North, when I noticed a white glowing long skinny rectangular object on the horizon moving slowly across the sky. It was slightly bigger than the half crescent moon. From my perspective standing on earth looking up at it, it was about 3″ long and about 1/4″ high. I watched it as it moved in a straight line until it finally starting heading down towards earth and then I lost sight of it because trees and houses were blocking my view.
