White Light Heads North, Stops, Goes Up, Down Vanishes.

Location of Sighting: Seal Rock & Toledo, Oregon
Date of Sighting: November 21, 2020
Time of Sighting: 6 PM PST

Description: A few minutes after we got home, we saw a small, white light heading North, located in the East. It was too high to be a drone and was towards the direction of Mars from my perspective. It looked to be a star, or a plane at first; but it was not flashing, and it was not moving in a straight line. At one point, it appeared to stop, then go up and down. It disappeared behind the trees, and seconds after we could no longer see it. We called a family member located in Toledo, Oregon. He went outside and was able to see it, and described what we had seen.
