Description: I am seeing this over Fort Myers Beach Florida right now. It has been in the same position for longer than 1 hour and has not moved. Zoom in on the photo that I sent. This is the best picture we were able to get. Is it a balloon?

Note: The photo and enlargement show the object to have a “S” like shape. This apparent shape could be due to camera movement and not indicative of the actual shape of the object. The object could be a balloon.
