Description: My very first sighting was 17 years ago in a small town in California named Turlock in Stanislaus County. Then again in 2014 my father was diagnosed with throat cancer and I became his caretaker. One night around 7 to 7:30 I went outside to smoke before heading home which was 23 minutes away. My parents live in San Jose, CA. I live in Morgan Hill, CA. As I smoked and paced the driveway I looked up and between parent’s garage and garage next door. I saw very bright lights yellow, orange, red. I ran inside and got my phone and snapped pictures. I went to the backyard for closer shots. I looked down to change camera to video record and when I looked up to record the lights were gone. I went around the corner thinking it was behind the big tree in the yard. There was nothing. The lights were gone. As I walked back towards my parents I saw the lights again. I yelled out to my neighbor for his binoculars. What I saw were lights. The lights were spinning in circles and traveling backwards. I kept snapping pictures. I didn’t look at the pictures until the next night because I wanted to show my fiancée. What came out on film was amazing. There were beams just beams and out of 15 pictures only once did I get the craft. It came out purple.
Note: I looked at all of photos (eleven) that were sent by the witness. I only the found aerial lights on one of the photos. The lights appeared to be blue. (The witness stated that the lights turned out blue in the photo.)
