Description: Lights moving that looked like star’s that moved like they were under intelligent control. Definitely not anything we’ve ever seen. This went on for three hours. I live near that area, in Otisco, and at 7:30 PM on that same night, my family was outside on our back deck. All of the sudden, both my aunt and my mom looked up and saw a moving light in the overhead southern portion of the sky. They said it was about the height of a low flying airplane, but was moving very fast and only lasted about 2 or 3 seconds.
