Time of Sighting: 8:45 PM PDT
Description: In the east sky I am seeing a triangular shape object that stays stationary, but spontaneously moves about and has lights that move around the outer edge of the object. The lights appear green and red. It’s the size of a big star. It’s 8:57 PM PDT and it’s still in the sky. I am not able to take a picture as my phone doesn’t do well in the dark.
